Hi, I'm Francesca, a Mindset + Confidence Coach.
I officially started my journey in this world by training as a yoga teacher in 2020, but it’s been for decades in the making.
My curiosity and passion for wellbeing lead me to explore so many different healing practices, from becoming a sound healer to practicing reiki and so much more.
Finally, I realised that my purpose was to help women feel at their best and live to their full potential. That’s when I took my leap of faith and changed my life at 360 degrees.
I trained as a holistic health coach as well as a mindset and confidence coach and started to work with women shortly after.
To this day, I have supported 100+ women in their journey to their most empowered self for 2+ years now and i am only getting started here

ABOUT ME
I am a dog mom to Brunello and we are inseparable. You can expect to see him popping up on my instagram content or in our coaching calls.
I have lived in 4 different countries so far and I am a sucker for travelling and discovering new places.
I speak 4 languages (more or less fluently) and recently been learning Luxembourgish, but I mainly coach in English.
I work with women across the globe and whether we are in the same time zone or you are 12 hours ahead of me, we will make it work. The sky is the limit, not geography.
I’ve always wanted to be a psychotherapist to support others with their mental health, but life lead me to getting degrees in Literature and Business, before coming back to my initial purpose of serving others.
I am Italian but I don’t drink coffee. You can count me in for a matcha tho!
My love languages are physical touch and quality time.
I am a Manifestor in Human Design (yes, I’m part of that 8% of the population) and I feel that this is part of what makes me a great coach.
I am also a Taurus baby and proudly so!
I love candles and I’ve been making my own for years, and even thought about starting my own candle brand at some point.
I love both cooking and eating good food, and my favourite dish is pasta Cacio e Pepe, even though I still cannot cook it.
Sleep is one of my core values and I will always prioritise it for my wellbeing.
After years, I have discovered that I’m a home-body and will always choose a takeaway + Netflix night in over a night out.
My life-long dream is to visit Japan with my family and I’m working on making it happen soon.
Journalling is the most therapeutic thing for me, as well as my latest obsession with walking in nature while listening to audiobooks.
I am obsessed with my hometown - Rome - and when I am not coaching, I run a short-term rentals company in the Eternal city and help visitors become as obsessed with it as I am.
I love meeting new people so feel to reach out for a chat or tips about Italy.
